Spring is probably the most beautiful season of the year. Not only one can already enjoy a bit of summer, while it is still fresh at home. But then this country also offers its spectacular floors and fruits. Typical are the wild asparagus that are for sale along the roads, but which you can also find yourself in the immediate surroundings of the houses. Once returned at home you can then use the asparagus in all kinds of dishes. For example one can prepare a pasta with local raw smoked ham (prociutto) and the excellent local olive oil. 

Spring is also an excellent season for the more active guests. Indeed it is still not too warm for more exploring this beautiful region on foot or by bike. And in the evening one can relax at the open fire in the house and exchange the experiences of the day. Pure joy!!!
